Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been completed and dispatched.

• Lagos: Approximately 24–48 hours
• Other Nigerian states: Approximately 2–4 working days
• International orders: Approximately 3–5 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance

These timelines are estimates and may be affected by festive periods, courier disruptions, customs clearance, severe weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Information

Customers must provide a complete delivery address and reachable telephone number.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address, missed delivery or customer-requested redirection will be charged to the customer.

International Orders

International delivery fees do not include customs duties, import taxes, tariffs or similar charges unless expressly stated.

These charges are determined by the destination country, are payable by the recipient and cannot be guaranteed or accurately predicted by Novelty Royale.

Refusing to pay customs charges or accept delivery does not cancel the order or automatically qualify the customer for a refund.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, missed delivery, refusal of delivery or unpaid customs charges, the customer may be responsible for customs charges, return delivery and redelivery costs.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Please contact us through WhatsApp promptly if an order appears lost or damaged in transit so we can request an investigation from the courier.

Courier investigations and resolutions may be subject to the courier’s procedures and timelines.
